We develop the training program specifically to our clients’ need, to improve a certain competencies or set of skills that will help enhance an individual competence to a certain level. Training will helps employees learn specific knowledge or skills to improve performance in their current roles. 

Training is also important to maintain, upgrade and update skills throughout the working life, as it presents an opportunity to expand the knowledge and skill base of all employees. Workshop

Our workshop are set in an intensive hands-on session, which encourage an active participation from participants in order for them to gain more knowledge based on the experience. The process often combines elements of qualitative research, brainstorming and problem solving so that participants are able to gain specialized information.

Conducted in a smaller scale compared to a training in terms of the number of participants, our workshop are develop to encourage more interaction among participants. Workshops can be use to provide additional information to established employees so that they may develop new skills and incorporate new information in their jobs, which many lead to increased productivity.

Outdoor

Outdoor Training is an educational method using physical activities in the nature, based on sensory experience, knowledge and experience of the situation. Outdoor training is often used for the development of management and key competencies, which usually include the ability to communicate, cooperate, finding solutions to problems. 

We create Outdoor Training that suits our clients’ need. It can be targeted in different ways according to the needs of the organization – relaxation, improving teamwork, meditation, and solving various crisis situations, selection of suitable employees into different teams, talent identification, self-knowledge and other. Having an outdoor training will also be a good chance for managers and employees to get to know each other better and provide a distraction-free environment to really experience the learning.

We are very fluid in our approach, we work together with our clients to custom made & adapt our approach based on our client’s uniqueness. We will also pick & choose the subjects that would make the most impactful result in our clients individual performances and team improvement.

Not only focusing on improving the hard-skills, we are more focused on installing the soft-skills too. We believe the individual’s core belief system that determine their soft-skills (like leadership, self drive and others) would make the biggest impact on how they use their respective hard-skills.

And each individual’s internal belief system would create the group habit or company culture. This alignment between the group’s behaviour and company’s culture and vision is so essential in determining the overall productivity and cohesiveness.
