Building Strategic, High-Impact HR Professionals
3 (three) months until 1 (one) year program for developing 8 functions of Human Resources technical/professional knowledge and soft skills necessary for their HR professionals to become savvy in HR Business Partner role within the organization. The program consists of classroom workshop coupled with face-to-face coaching and project assignment also evaluation phase for certification purposes.
Through an integrated learning architecture, combining expert-led workshops, individual coaching, and real-world project assignments participants build the confidence, competence, and strategic perspective needed to influence business outcomes. A final evaluation and certification phase ensures measurable progress and validated readiness.
