Coaching Based Training

We develop the training program specifically to our clients’ need, to improve a certain competencies or set of skills that will help enhance an individual competence to a certain level. Training will support employees learn specific knowledge or skills to improve performance in their current roles.

Training is also important to maintain, upgrade and update skills throughout the working life, as it presents an opportunity to expand the knowledge and skill base of all employees. As the battle for top talent becomes more competitive, employee training and development programs are more important than ever. Coaching

Business Simulation

Business simulation is an interactive learning experience replicating real-world business scenarios in a controlled environment. Participants take on leadership roles and make strategic decisions related to operations, finance, marketing, and customer engagement. This hands-on approach allows individuals to experience the complexities of running a business, balancing competing priorities, and dealing with the consequences of their choices.

By immersing participants in realistic challenges, business simulation enhances understanding of market dynamics, financial decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. It fosters a safe space to experiment, innovate, and learn from successes and failures without real-world risks. This method bridges the gap between theory and practice, empowering leaders to build critical skills for driving business growth and resilience.

 


Upskilling HR Team

3 (three) months until 1 (one) year program for developing 8 functions of Human Resources technical/professional knowledge and soft skills necessary for their HR professionals to become savvy in HR Business Partner role within the organization.

The program consists of classroom workshop coupled with face-to-face coaching and project assignment also evaluation phase for certification purposes.
